The transport gondolas are mounted on a circular conveyor that can move in all directions and which consists of solid connecting rods withfully covered wheel sets running inside the conveyor track. Friction drives ensure quiet operation, no tensioning station is required.

Manual and automatic induction
Whether manual or automatic mode: in both cases the concept allows any number drop-off stations to be integrated into the system. Manual loading directly to the tray is used for light single items. Automatic inducts are used for heavy items like boxes and cartons. The induct belts are synchronised with the sorter and place items across one or two trays automatically depending on size.

Drop-off of the goods
No matter whether on the right or on the left: drop-off of items can be effected on both sides of all straight sections of the conveyor. When they reach their destinations, the goods gently “slide” down in the specified direction. Automatic locking of the transport gondolas makes any inadvertent tilting during the conveyance of the goods impossible.

The concept of the double gondola
Two gondolas for one package: depending on the length items can either be inducted onto single gondola or onto two trays. The best results are achieved with a maximum weight of 25 kg per gondola and transport unit.
